    Q: Do you accept international or military orders?

    A: Yes. We are proud to offer shipment to most international destinations and Indian military posts worldwide.

    Q: What is the difference between compatible, remanufactured, and OEM cartridges?

    A: Compatibles are brand new, and ready to use and guaranteed to work in your printer. Our remanufactured cartridges are recycled, refurbished and refilled with quality ink. We offer remanufactured cartridges for your HP and Lexmark printers. OEM stands for "Original Equipment Manufacturer." Original cartridges are more expensive than other options and generally not the best value for your dollar. However, they can be refilled many times before you replace them. HP and Lexmark cartridges are offered for the purpose of refilling.

    Q: If I use a refill kit to fill my cartridge, use a remanufactured ink cartridge or a compatible ink cartridge does it void the warranty on a printer?

    A: No. We ensure that all of our ink products are guaranteed to work in your printer. Using a refill kit as instructed or using either a remanufactured or compatible ink cartridge does not void a warranty.

    Q: When will my order arrive?

    A: does its best to ship all orders accepted before 12 noon Indian Standard Time on the same business day. We offer standard 2-5 business days shipping. Our customers often comment that they receive their orders much faster than expected.

    Q: Do you offer refunds if I am unhappy with the product?

    A: We will cheerfully give you a refund if you are unhappy with the products you have ordered or need to return them. Our site's Return Policy, complete with instructions and conditions for making returns, is clearly posted on our site. You must return the product to us and pay the return shipping, unless the error was due to a mistake at our office, then there is no charge for shipping.
